I first hired Joe to help me sell my house near Olympia. I relied on his knowledge and expertise throughout. From setting the listing price, through the closing, Joe was there to help advise and streamline the process. He helped make the sale relatively easy for me, even in the down market we were facing at the time. I remember one moment in particular when we were almost at our closing date, and the buyers started to hint through their agent that they wanted to change the deal based on something inappropriate. I had one quick conversation with Joe about what I wanted to do, and he took care of the rest. He shut down the attempt to renegotiate, and the sale closed as planned. Joe made what could have been a painful sales process into something much smoother and less stressful.

Without hesitation, I again hired Joe to help me buy my current home near University Place. I had a lot of criteria for my new home, and Joe helped me find a house that I absolutely love! He was patient with me and listened thoroughly as I told him about what I was seeking. In fact, he had listened so well as we searched through properties online together that I ended up making an offer on the very first house we visited in person! (Though we did tour other homes before I made my decision). He proactively helped me get to the bottom of every question and concern I raised, and supported me in achieving a quick and straightforward purchase of my new home.

Months after I purchased and moved into my new home, it turned out there was a problem with the way the sewer line had been hooked up in the street. Everyone, including the builder’s crew, the city inspectors, and my home inspector, had missed the issue. Even though Joe was under no obligation, he helped me get back in touch with the builder of my home. The builder brought his crew out to fix the issue. With Joe’s support, we were able to get the sewer line problem corrected at no cost to me.

Throughout my time working with Joe, he’s gone above and beyond to make my experience easy. Even years after the purchase of my home, Joe is still one of the first people I would contact with questions about any home issue. We are great friends, and we meet up for lunch regularly. We have a mutual trust such that he has referred friends and family to my business, and I recommend Joe whenever I can!
