I’ve now owned the property for almost a year and a half. A strong real estate market along with consistently solid advice from Joe both pre- and post-purchase has culminated in a 30-40% appreciation in market value of the property plus a 35% increase in rental income from time of purchase. I am confident that I would not have been able to achieve this type of investment without Joe’s experience and knowledge of the marketplace guiding the way.
