I started working with Joe somewhat by chance; I came across his website as I was searching online for multi-family properties in the Tacoma area after a friend moved there. To put it simply, I liked the design of the website so I used it to search for properties. I eventually put in my contact info at around 11pm on a Friday night and I had an email from Joe (the owner of the company!) at 8:30am the following morning. After many phone conversations, dozens of emails and countless questions from my inexperienced mind, Joe had lined up a handful of properties for us to look at that fit my budget and requirements. The mortgage broker, property inspector, and property management company that he put me in touch with were all highly professional and a pleasure to work with. I’ve now owned the property for almost a year and a half. A strong real estate market along with consistently solid advice from Joe both pre- and post-purchase has culminated in a 30-40% appreciation in market value of the property plus a 35% increase in rental income from time of purchase. I am confident that I would not have been able to achieve this type of investment without Joe’s experience and knowledge of the marketplace guiding the way.

I relied on his knowledge and expertise throughout. From setting the listing price, through the closing, Joe was there to help advise and streamline the process. Months after I purchased and moved into my new home, it turned out there was a problem with the way the sewer line had been hooked up in the street. Everyone, including the builder’s crew, the city inspectors, and my home inspector, had missed the issue. Even though Joe was under no obligation, he helped me get back in touch with the builder of my home. The builder brought his crew out to fix the issue. With Joe’s support, we were able to get the sewer line problem corrected at no cost to me. Throughout my time working with Joe, he’s gone above and beyond to make my experience easy. Even years after the purchase of my home, Joe is still one of the first people I would contact with questions about any home issue. We are great friends, and we meet up for lunch regularly. We have a mutual trust such that he has referred friends and family to my business, and I recommend Joe whenever I can!
